Lumastat is a web analytics tool currently in private beta. By signing up to the waitlist you accept these Terms. Use the service lawfully. We reserve the right to remove submissions that violate these Terms.
Definitions
- "Lumastat" — the web analytics service available at lumastat.com, operated by Lumastat.
- "Waitlist" — the sign-up form and database of people interested in early access to Lumastat.
- "User" — any individual or legal entity that joins the waitlist or uses the service.
- "Service" — the web analytics tool provided by Lumastat, including all features and interfaces.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing the waitlist form or using Lumastat, you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, do not join the waitlist and do not use the service.
Waitlist and Beta Access
- Joining the waitlist is free and does not commit you to any purchase.
- A beta invitation is not guaranteed — we send them at our own discretion, taking into account sign-up order and other factors.
- Each email address may appear on the waitlist only once. Duplicates are removed.
- We may close or modify the waitlist at any time without notice.
- By signing up, you agree to receive a single transactional email about your waitlist status and the product launch. We do not send marketing newsletters without separate consent.
Acceptable Use
By using the service or joining the waitlist, you agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate information — in particular a valid email address.
- Not use the service for any purpose that violates applicable law.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to Lumastat systems.
- Not register multiple times to circumvent access restrictions.
- Not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the service.
Intellectual Property
All content available through Lumastat — including the name, logo, visual design, code, and copy — is owned by Lumastat or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the service without prior written consent from Lumastat, except as permitted by applicable law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Lumastat is in private beta. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind — including warranties of availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumastat is not liable for:
- Service interruptions or data loss.
- Business decisions made on the basis of analytics data provided by Lumastat.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Pricing and Payment
Access to the waitlist and the private beta is free. Before introducing a paid plan we will notify waitlist subscribers of pricing terms with reasonable advance notice.
Payment terms, billing cycles, and refund policies will be set out in a separate document at the time a paid plan is introduced.
Termination
- You may request removal of your email address from the waitlist at any time by emailing [email protected].
- Lumastat reserves the right to remove any submission that violates these Terms, without prior notice.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the jurisdiction of the registered country of Lumastat. Any disputes will be resolved by competent courts in that jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify waitlist subscribers by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
